Miami VIS announce core roster signings for On Her Level Season 5

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
March 19, 2026

Miami, FL — The Miami VIS have officially announced the signing of Najja Moon, Natalie Pineda, Mia Leite, and Jaki Goldner to their roster for Season 5 of the On Her Level 3-on-3 league, set to tip off March 22 in Miami. The four-player core reunites a championship-winning group that led the Miami VIS to a Season 3 title, bringing continuity, chemistry, and a shared competitive identity back to the court.

General Manager Najja Moon confirmed the signings earlier this week.

“There’s a trust and a language that already exists between this group,” said Moon. “We’ve built something together before — not just in terms of wins, but in how we show up for each other and for the game. Bringing this core back felt essential.”

Known for their dynamic play, versatility, and cohesion in the 3-on-3 format, the returning players represent a balance of scoring, playmaking, and defensive intensity that made them one of the most formidable teams in prior competition.

Moon, who serves as both General Manager and player, emphasized the importance of continuity heading into a fast-paced league environment where chemistry often determines success.

“3-on-3 is about instinct and connection. You don’t have time to figure it out on the fly. This group already understands the rhythm — that gives us a real advantage.”

The team also announced that Florencia Segovia will begin the season on the Injury Reserve list.

“Florencia is a key part of our roster and our story,” Moon added. “We’re taking a long view with her return and making sure she has the time and support she needs. We’re looking forward to having her back with us soon.”

Season 5 of On Her Level begins March 22 in Miami, with the Miami VIS entering the season as a team grounded in both legacy and momentum.

As always, the organization continues to frame competition as part of a larger cultural project — one that positions basketball as both sport and shared language.
