Her appointment reflects the team’s commitment to excellence across the organization both on and off the court.
As the Basketball Operations Manger, Stephens will oversee team logistics, player management, and community outreach initiatives like VIS World Open Runs. She will also play a pivotal role in strengthening the VIS’s operational framework, ensuring the team continues to thrive in South Florida’s dynamic basketball landscape. From managing game-day operations to cultivating relationships with partners and stakeholders, Stephens will bring her expertise to every facet of the organization.
